Last Week at Renegade Labs (4/13 to 4/17)

More parts have arrived from our suppliers and we have between 30 and 40 orders ready to ship out this week. If you are one of the orders that is being shipped this week you will receive an email with your tracking number. More and more parts orders are coming in from our suppliers in China as they continue to recover from the COVID-19 outbreak.

We have decided to change around the news letter to Mondays, instead of Fridays, to eliminate any confusion, and make it more of a recap of the previous week.

Renegade Labs has recently acquired a 3D scanner for future use in bringing our customers new products. It has been assembled and we are in the process of fine tuning the scanner. Possible future projects and products that can be prototyped and manufactured could be GPi shells and buttons, so stay tuned to see what we come up with.

Countries around the world are reporting that the COVID-19 cases are starting to level off. Newly reported case numbers are starting to go down in some areas. We urge our customers to continue to obey all local laws concerning social distancing and personal hygiene. If we all keep doing our part to help stop the spread of this virus we can hopefully get back to normal sooner rather than later. Steve and Mike are continuing to print face shields to donate to local medical facilities in their respective areas and encourage our customers with access to 3D printers to do what you can to help out the people in your area that are putting their lives on the line to help fight this terrible disease.

As mentioned in Office News, Renegade Labs now has a 3D scanner that we plan on using to bring new products and accessories to our website for our customers. New product lines could include GPi shells and buttons as well as customization of existing products.

As always stay safe and healthy and we wish you all the best through these difficult times.
